barbara skinner, the levy neafie house

We have been welcoming visitors to Cape May for three generations.  The home was originally built to enjoy the summer breezes with Cape May's famous healthy seaside environment.  The soft sea air, songbirds, butterflies and evening sunsets add to the majestic beauty of Cape May. Located across from the historic landmark Congress Hall hotel, our guests can take full advantage of all of the amenities that Congress Hall offers.  This includes world class dining, a health spa, various summer concerts, children's entertainment activities and year-round activities for all seasons.

Our property retains the aspects of the original Snare Estate, which includes two rear cottages; a stable cottage (converted from a victorian stable to a two bedroom historic cottage) as well as the Carriage House which is a four bedroom house which also faces Windsor Avenue and has a relaxing front porch with an awning. These other properties including the Garden Apartment  is a separate 2 bedroom unit which can be rented alongside the 6  bedroom front house to add flexibility for visitors when additional family members wish to be included during vacations.
